Ten-Year Plan

TEN YEAR PLAN
The objective of the Ten-year Plan to End Homelessness in Palm Beach County is to create a local response system that will end homelessness in ten years. In order to meet this objective, a set of action steps have been developed which address current gaps in services, particularly as they relate to a number of underserved populations whose specific needs are not currently being met by those services available in our community.

The Lewis Center is one of the action steps identified in the Ten-Year Plan to address centralizing and streamlining entry into the homeless service delivery system. It will also serve as a major resource for data collection that will be utilized when evaluating need and resources.
